Ishara Analytics provides quantitative trading tools, indicators, backtested strategy reports, and a private community for traders. Access to certain features requires an active subscription.

4. Account Registration

• Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe.
• You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• We may change subscription fees with reasonable notice to current subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, indicators, reports, and materials available through the Services are the intellectual property of Ishara Analytics or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Services.
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or our servers.
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

8. Trading Risk and Disclaimers

Trading futures, forex, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. The content provided through the Services is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
